1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up, logging in, connecting your Google account, or using the services provided by AutoJawab.online (“Service”, “we”, “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoJawab.online is a SaaS productivity tool providing review monitoring, AI response drafting, automated review publishing, and QR review card generation for Google Business Profile listings.

The Service requires authorized access to your Google Business Profile via Google OAuth 2.0 to read reviews and publish owner responses.

3. User Responsibilities & Content Guidelines

When using AutoJawab, you agree that:

• You are the verified owner, manager, or authorized marketing representative of the Google Business Profiles connected to your account.
• You will not use the Service to generate defamatory, abusive, offensive, deceptive, or unlawful replies to customer reviews.
• You maintain ultimate accountability for all replies published to your public Google Business Profile, whether generated automatically or edited manually.
• You will safeguard your account login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription, Billing & Pricing

AutoJawab offers tiered subscription plans (Single Location, Multi-Location Packs, and Unlimited Agency Fleets) billed either monthly or annually.

• All payments are securely processed through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR) or applicable international currencies.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• You may upgrade, add additional location slots, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard.

5. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All software, algorithms, user interfaces, branding, and proprietary designs of AutoJawab.online remain the exclusive intellectual property of AutoJawab.

Google Disclaimer: Google, Google Business Profile, and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC. AutoJawab is an independent software provider utilizing standard public APIs and is not affiliated with Google LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoJawab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, including any ranking fluctuations, customer disputes, or Google API downtime.
